PRE-TREATMENTS
Pre-treatments are very useful devices in the printing process, they are in fact used to ensure the adhesion of the inks on the items to be customized. This process guarantees safe and durable adhesion of the final prints over time, and it increases the production speed. They can be used separately or inserted within a production line.
CORONA TREATMENT
The corona technology uses high-voltage electrical shocks to create a corona discharge on the material surface. This discharge creates a slight chemical change on the surface, increasing surface tension and improving the ink adhesion.
FLAME TREATMENT
It uses open flames to treat the surface of the material.
This treatment varies the surface tension of the material (plastic) and is used to improve the quality and adhesion in the printing process.
It also cleans materials (such as glass) from any impurities to ensure optimal printing adhesion.
PLASMA TREATMENT
The plasma treatment uses high-energy ionized gases that chemically modify the surface of the material. This process can clean, chemically activate, and improve the surface texture. It is a versatile method and can be used on a wide variety of materials.
